As I recall there was a big inverse when comparing August quick ship to Oct/Nov. In the end O/N came up due to harvest being late and huge export demand. That has now gone away. Feb/mar delivery in STL was .20h. It is now at unders. I don't agree with his premise that we are short 15mmt.
