We have $40/acre cash rent and up ground in this area of Oklahoma, with sub $1000/acre lnad price, barely cash flowing itself with our unpredictable weather. Each farm mag I get, it always boasts of $2k and $3k land in Tennessee, Kentucky, and other adjacent states and points out $40 cash rent is the rule there too. That can't work there if $1k land wont flow here.
