But if you want some real honest to goodness conspiracy theory, research HARP and Dr Gerald Bull. He played with the Canadian and American govts till he started to get some off the wall ideas.
A local fellow worked with him as a graduate student. Long after his days with HARP, he used one of our farmsteads for a research site. Don't know what he was doing but it rained all summer when he was here.
Did anyone watch Conspiracy Theory last week?
