| under normal circumstances I would agree w/ you ehoff, but this time, because people(individually and collectively) are driving the change that will last, it will be virtually impossible to "inflate real estate values to solve the problem." There is not doubt that you are correct(as is the Fed) in the need for real estate values to level out and recover--just doesn't look likely.
