I paid somebody to come in and do a Farm for me.
They claimed they could do it any day of the year when it’s not frozen. 
Wanted to get it out of the way before crops were planted.
It was plenty wet when we did it.
60% of the results were discarded.
They never came back to do it again.
What I’m getting at is, soil moisture is critical.
Too wet is not good.
Too dry is not good.
After that, I gave up on it.
