market not paying attention to either. commercial RE is dead in the water. anecdote: i personally know of 6 local stores in a relatively small field ( 30 or so stores in all of the chicagoland area) that are going to fold as soon as their leases are up in DEC. keep in mind, this is just a small example in one field of business totally unrelated to housing. do the math.
heres a prediction with AMZN making new all time highs as real brick and mortar stores are folding... there WILL be an internet tax! to level the playing field.

sold 1/4 position in AMD @ 7.40 (from 2.40)
still have 1/2 position short ITW
*** bought a TON of april RTH puts this will be the biggest winner of 2010 imo
