High Springs, Florida | This recipe came to mind for those that like Hungarian Hot Wax peppers:
Take as many peppers as you can eat, slit them lenthgwise and clean out the seeds.
Stuff them with Chorizo, hot sausage, or just plain hamburger.
Put them in a Pyrex baking pan.
Drizzle on some olive oil.
Sprinkle on some Parmesan or Romano grated cheese.
Bake at 375* for 30-45 minutes.
Enjoy! A favorite restaurant up in Ohio charged $8 for a plate of 3. | |
