Take out the tomatoes, onions, and use regular wide soup noodles and that is about how I make mine. I add a lot more turkey, though. The tortellini sounds real good, I will try that. Hardest part seems to be getting the level of saltiness just right, but adding chicken broth seems to solve that problem, versus just using water.
