Ex, buying lower priced cattle in a time of high priced feed, then having lower priced feed available a little later to make it up. If I had to be able to lock a profit on each pen of cattle before they came into the lot? Also, if you're going to do all this hedging, you are pretty much going to give up all your profit to the CBT. | |
