Subject: Turkey deep fryers questions....

USA

I have never had one but we are considering buying one for Christmas. Any certain brands better than the other? Pro's and con's between brands? Are recipes included in the manual? What flavorings do you all use, if any? Do you fry whole turkey's or just breasts? Just curious, it sounds good right now.
