Make sure your phone is updated to the most recent version. I feel like I had problems getting the app to download, but dont remember exactly (S10 here too). Now I'm thinking it downloaded, but I had to open my status bar to see the download and open it. from there it took a couple different tries to connect to the drone and a couple shots to update it, but since then it works great.
