Subject: Mapping with 485

North West Kansas

We are looking into mapping with our 2001 485, it has Cebis with the quantimeter. When I talked with Cat they want the same money to add the componets (reciever, etc) to map with as a complete Agleader Insight system would cost. Is it me or is this a little crazy.

Which system is better to go with? I am leaning towards the Agleader for 2 reasons. 1. We already have a EZ Guide and can tie together for future possible uses. 2. I would like to use the Insight on other pieces of equipment in the future, like the planter, or sprayer.

Let me know right, wrong or otherwise.

Thanks.
