Appears "International Trade Solutions" was also stuck in a small way....must not have provided the appropriate solution.
Always some stories when a big deal like this goes under. If outside bean counters were running the joint....wonder if there was a lot of late night semi traffic (unless the bean counters actually were on site & working after 5 PM).
