SW Ontario | We went from a superB SQ24 to a neco 24210 this year and it is a big upgrade in capacity. Haven’t added up the gas bills yet to compare efficiency but we have seen a definite improvement in grain quality/fines. Coring bins there is almost no fines. Could be partly due to loading/unloading upgrades as well but it is very gentle on grain. We looked at sukup but we were hesitant on the screens, higher price, and inability to guarantee delivery before harvest so went the Neco route. Highly recommend mixed flow whatever brand you go with. | |
