Do some research on past experiences on here about Sukup! Lots of disappointments listed...... Not saying the dryer is bad or anything, but from what I have read the Company support sucks when you have a problem. Also, there are better controllers than what they use. Have you checked on Air Handler or Neco for a bid?
We bought our first piece of Sukup equipment 4 years ago and have zero issues with support. Of course having been GSI customers for years we probably came to not expect much. At least you can call and talk to someone at Sukup. GSI you leave a message and no one ever calls back. Having bought one of Brocks junk power sweeps 10 years ago my experience with them was not any better. 90% of company support is probably dictated by your dealer. |
