Saving , renting are all alternative tools for gaining assets. Remember the old saw about when the only tool you have is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail!
Just never confuse debt for income-don't laugh, too many companies, including some big enough to know better, think that the money coming from floating a new issue of stock is income just waiting to be spent.
So we can't really be too hard on the kid just out of high school who goes crazy with the plastic. After all, it keeps the economy humming. | |
