There is good debt, land bought back in the 80's and 90's, drying and storage facilities(really paying out this year), finishing barns built in the 90's, and my favorite magnum tractors, they are worth more than you payed for them.
Dave Ramsey is for the non farmer group that can't handle even the easiest of problems with money.
