| we farm the same way, debt free, we are not the biggest farmers, but we sleep at night and life is good. Here ontario, the amount of debt that most diary and chicken farmers are carrying is mind boggling, and most of that is to pay the quote price. I know serveral farmers who have went to FCC for a loan to build barns or quote and FCC well try in talk them into more then they need (big is better mindset). There is going too be big changes comeing down the road when interest rates start too climb, its not if its when! | |
