Subject: Goverment is not "smart money"


I don't for a minute believe that central banks are smart money. If they were smart money, they wouldn't be getting a "government stipen," they would be working for themselves. I don't know how to easily qualify smart money--maybe the best way is to use the double top example(not applicable in all markets--I know, but just an example) smart money gets out at or near the first top or at or near the retest, maybe just after the first top. The rest get wrapped up in the emotions of the second top and are holding a long position on the way down.
