Mavic Mini 2. Ideally get the combo with two extra batteries and a well designed compact custom case so you actually have it with you. You really need at least one spare battery ready to go or charging while other is in use.
Both video and photos from it will surpass expectations. It doesn't quite have the wind fighting power of larger ones but with care e.g. don't go downwind it's not much of an issue.
You can charge these with normal USB charger so easy to top up batteries from a vehicle or powerbank.
