SW Saskatchewan
Ed, how much soft red gets diverted to other purposes after seeding-ie cut for feed or worked down and reseeded in the spring?

I was really intrigued how south of Nebraska restaurants served fried breads instead of baked rolls.

Friends of ours living in Lincoln Nebraska had us bring some Canadian flour down for her Bread machine- American flour didn't work with her Canadian recipes.
