Unfortunately the way the markets are now, there is no good way to estimate what your potential margin requirements may be. Just have detailed break-evens figured when you talk to your banker and also be prepared to discuss the insurance factor and any ag lender worth his salt should back profitable sales that are backed up by crop insurance.
