Help me out. I'm don't know much about concrete sources. Who can get chinese concrete? How many places does raw cement come from in the US. Had a taxi driver in Dallas telling me that it was mined only in one place in the US, near dallas. That fed into my "concrete is a racket" theory. Guess I should do a search on here for "chinese concrete".
