E.Central MN | I think you made some valid points, but wouldn't they take quite a hit if the coal business gets shut down? Seems like the short line railroads were as much about the revenue stream from easements and property as they were about actually moving stuff. If the country ever goes back to passenger rail such as high speed rail then that could be pretty valuable property they are sitting on. Maybe WB knows some things that the rest of us aren't privy to. | |
