Monticello IL | I think we will have a strong base price for January but am worried about price pressure once SA starts harvesting or the threat of a huge harvest becomes expected. I don't see soybeans rallying a dollar higher from here. It will take the soy oil to lead prices higher. Soybean meal usage should be off in 2010, because the world will have more DDGS to use. Maxium income in a lower tax bracket verse paying the higher rate on a few dollars in 2011 may be the better play. | |
