Central Iowa | SC- I love it that you know of Ellsworth Iowa! We've still got a great turkey industry, but the birds are now processed down in West Liberty Iowa. We still consider ourselves a major pocket of turkey production. If you ever get a turkey sandwich from Subway, it likely came from a farm near Ellsworth. Do you remember the name of the prominent vet? My family has a lot of history in the turkey industry. I've enjoyed reading your posts from the start, it is always interesting to read.
