When I was in China in 85, a woman was hired by the gov't to preg check every woman. If they already had one child, the new one was GONE,
I had dinner with upper administration who were proud of there THREE children but that was rare then.
They would pick out an American in our group and offer them all the drinks they wanted. Looked like white lightning, tasted like jet fuel if you know what I mean.
Those are crafty people...
