with 300 million in the USA Vs. 2 billion+ in China and India and 5.7 Billion+ total for the rest of the world it will be hard for me to see where raw materials will decrease significantly (especially when many are controlled by cartels with pricing power and the ability to wait to get their price they want) based only on spending by the US consumer
