Yes, Kansas does a pretty good job pushing the program. Some of can be pretty hokey, but somethimes that's what it takes to get K-6 childrens attention. The state has a vehicle license plate program. We have one on our personal vehicle they refer to it as an "Ag Tag". I think it costs $40 extra for the tag and a $25 yearly donation to the Ag In The Classroom program.
