Subject: Re: warped skillet

I have found that when I get impatient and don't let my pans cool, and put them in water while hot, they will warp. I have an all clad crepe pan and a glass top stove. I used it about 4 times before I put the hot pan in water. I still use it but it does rock some. As for cookie sheets, I highly recommend Nordic Ware guarter and half sheets. They are made in the USA and have never warped. I even got one from the thrift store that has been WELL used and it is as flat as a pancake. Love my nordic ware! Amazon always has super deals on them, usually with free shipping on orders over $25.
