Yes, the doctors have said he shows signs of the sundowners. I have read that one of the ways to "treat" it is to keep stimulating activities in the morning hours. Nearly all activity happens out there is in the evening when everyone gets off work, and then takes care of the farm. This is why I said that everyone outside working seems to trigger problems.
