When I insert a DVD it spins for a minute and then nothing. The only drives that show up in the list are C and D. Looking for E. When I open the Device Manager it does not show up there either. I know it worked before because I used it to install some printer software and some programming software. I haven't needed it in a long time but now I do and it's as if it's not even on the computer.
