W. Kansas | Turns a ribeye into more work than it should be, but here goes.
Take a ribeye and slice into really thin strips.
Place in skillet with just a dab of olive oil and cook to desired liking get creative with spices, but make sure they are powder, ie garlic, onion, etc.
While steak is cooking, in another skillet get onions, red and green peppers along with some little mushrooms cooking in butter. You want this all to meet together on warm bread at the same time.
Top with white american cheese, put in oven on broil(get cheese melted) and enjoy.
