I figured it out I think. When I am not signed in the markets forum appears. I just registered on agtalk yesterday, because I wanted to use the search function. I had been a lurker for years and could always use the search function, but about a month ago I no longer could. They must prevent newly registered users from going on the markets forum for some reason.
