Many companies (including HP) use this backweb stuff to automatically download updates for their software to PCs. Most people like myself disable and delete this garbage and download updates when we want them. You will see tons of discussions on the net about Backweb and it being lumped into the malware arena due to how the software works and the problems people often have in removing it.

If you want to get automatic updates, you have to accept the certificate. Otherwise don't accept it and uninstall all the backweb software and disable it from running at startup.
