Drumheller, Alberta | When our washer was 2 yrs old, we were also told that our "brain" was the problem. A new one was put in, then we figured out that it was actually the latch for the door that was broken. Doesn't hurt to check it out. The guy let us keep the brain as a back up, because they wouldn't take computer parts back at the warehouse anyway, which we still haven't needed after 8 years. But we have gone through 2 latches, sometimes things catch on them or a door gets a bit misaligned and it'll break a piece off. | |
