West Central Wisconsin | db, don't believe everything Tim tells you, remember, he doesn't like the stuff. Braunschweiger tastes like...uh..uh. Well, it tastes like pork liver that has been emulsified with milk and lard to give it that great pastey texture. and then stuffed in a natural plastic casing. Ever have liver paté? It tastes kinda like that but better! Joe.
