Sliced Cucumbers
Sliced Onion Optional
Dressing
1 cup Mayonnaise
Liquid non dairy Creamer enough to thin mixture
1/2 cup sugar (more or less to taste)
salt & pepper to taste
Mix dressing together. Pour over Cucumbers & Onions. Can keep adding Cucumbers & Onions to this dressing till it is gone. If the cucumbers can set in the dressing an hour or 2 before serving the better they are.
