Gilroy 35 Miles Over the Hill From Santa Cruz
Funny - I'm setting here eating 1/2 a Super (Huge) Tongue (Lingua(sp)) Burrito Dad left over from last night. - $2.50 it Huge
They buy it cooked and Frozen, slice it about 1/4 thick - then Brown it on a BBQ - Slice "N" Dice it - mixed with Chile,Tomatoes Beans (Your choose - Red or Refried) and more then cover with Green Chile Sauce - It also comes as a Taco (you can choose what you want in it - Dad Likes JUST "Lingua" and Spicy Sauce.
Dad cooks it himself many different ways - but likes these the best (Close-by, Cheep - Less Work) one is a big meal.
He says to Trim it first - or have it trimmed. After it cooked and cleaned - Slice 1/4 Thick and BBQ at the same time you do stakes. You'll Love it...
