Leesburg, Ohio | Just now applying for one...our county Exec. Director says new program with increased limits is not yet in effect...we're still under the old program. Therefore, we are going to stay under $50k so we don't have to do a mortgage, just a local UCC filing at the county courthouse. Interest was about 3.25% last week.
We did one about four years ago for a new dryer/air system. It's a one-page app plus current financials/cashflow that we already have. | |
