Acre program guarantee is the 2007 and 2008 national average market price. (Sept 1, 07 through Aug. 31, 08 and Sept. 1, 08 through Aug. 31, 09) This price is gonna be within a few cents of 4.10 for corn. What he was projecting was the 2009 National Average Market Price (Sept. 1, 09 through Aug. 31, 10)
