NE Iowa | I'll start by saying $5500 sounds like a real good price. I don't think there is probably much different about this camper than most - probably a decent frame under it, 2x2 wood frame for walls, and aluminum siding that loses most battles with hail. That being said, it having sit basically unused for 10 yrs would make me want to check fridge and AC function - 1 or both might need a little attention. Would be good to hook it up to a garden hose and verify the plumbing doesn't leak. Carefully step on all areas of the floor looking for any soft spots - indications of water damage. Same for the walls. If it has been stored outside, check out the condition of the roof (should be a rubber membrane type of covering). Will probably also need new tires - dry rot usually get RV tires well before they wear out. Again - $5500 sound like a good deal. Any problems you find are not showstoppers, as at that price, you can afford to repair a few things.
