Northeast Louisiana | got great pics during day plus the license plates. Night pics are pretty decent. Some deer cam are better than others at night.
The moultrie infrared does great for the money. Put a high speed card in it. The cam has a reddish glow for a few secs so you have to put it in a place so it wont be noticable. Put mine in a tree at a angle toward the drive to catch the license plates. Also does good on people in driveway that not too far away at nights.
They suppose to have a newer model out that you cant see the glow in the infrared. Gonna be looking into that soon. Maybe tomorrow.
Most of stealing here happens during day anyway. Never had a problem at night so far. Only when people are gone. Kids ride around and hit house with no cars around.
Google spy cam stuff on web. Lots of cool stuff. Cams made in a clock, lamps, you name it. Very cool.
I am also a deputy sheriff, you got to have a clear pic to face to make progress, you can have a neighbors back view and know who it is but may have a time proving in court.
