Macon, MO | Got involved with FB about 8 years ago and it has been a wonderful ride so far with much more to come. I serve on the county board and recently served on Missouri Young Farmer and Ranch Committee, currently I also serve on the state Beef committee. One of the highlights was getting to serve on the state resolutions committee and helping set the standards for our state and even national views, it's amazing how the whole process comes together for one point of view, after getting to serve on that committee I was eligable to take the trip to D.C. and visit with everyone out there to. I am only 34 so I have many years of getting more involved with FB. If your not involved its time to get involved, if we don't tell people the right way of how we do things on the farm somebody else is going to (like PETA, HSUS and Seirra) and we know how they are. | |
