Rolan was diagnosised in January with a brain tumor.
I switched to all beans this yr and it's been the best decision I made....Has allowed us to focus on the task at hand even though it seems like we're screwing around alot *GRIN*
Our treatment regimine is 55weeks but things seem to be working, If you have confidence in His current doctors Great...go with them. If not Find the best you can get to and do it NOW.
Early on everybody suggested we should get to StJude's or the like, but i had already checked in with them and they implied we're in the best possible Docs for our Diagnosis. Trust the doctors, that they know what they'r edoing or find some that you do trust...
Once he start's treatment do what you can to support him and keep his mind off things. We do it by going places to see things and do things a 12yr old could never thought he would ever be able to.
As long as he's got something big to look forward to he spirit stays up. And that is a big key I think, a positive mental attitude does wonders.
