nw pa | You have a couple of options. One,if you think they may find or want to find gas or oil then let them seismic with no lease. If they find a hot spot you will be in the drivers seat.Course if they don't find anything you are out. . Second option of course is to sign the lease before charges are set. The deduction for cost is not allowed in most states now so would check into that. hold out for awhile. Gas has been there a long time.Few more days means nothing. | |
