I couldn't get enough of this, and calamari, when I was in Spain. I love making this with really red, really ripe, tomatoes. (don't try using those awful un-red, un-ripe, store-bought ones--it won't turn out). It can be tricky to get exactly right, but MAN is it satisfying!
