Here's what to do with all those beans and all that dill!
Blooming where I am planted!
Have a lot of string beans? Here's a throw-together recipe using leftovers I'm eating for lunch today. It's surprisngly good.
Amsunshine's Throw-Together Salad
String Beans
(three-color or just green
)
Fresh Dill
Butter
Salt
Cook beans in water with above ingredients.
Smoked Sausage
(I'm using Maple flavored today
)
Romaine or other lettuce
Heat beans and sausage, mix together and put over romaine.
That's it. Simple!
