Eastern Iowa
In my area of Iowa, Kalmes' Catering is semi-famous for their ribeye steaks, and the reason is their seasoning. Their restaurant was even featured on the Food Network.

I try lots of different stuff on the grill for variety, but I like theirs most of all. Anymore, this is the only way me or the boys want our burgers and steaks. Just shake on a healthy slab of meat kept in the fridge several hours before grilling.

My favorite marinade for pork:

1 T. beef boullion dissolved in 2 T. water
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
1/4 cup honey.

Pour marinade over meat in a flat dish, and keep overnight. (Remember to turn the meat over at least twice.) Grill over medium to low heat, watch out for flare-ups. Love it.
