Ben,
I ran the Magnums for sidedress. I also ran Mavricks right beside on the same bar. When it was dry they did great when the corn got big and I had to run in wetter ground they would not seal for nothing. I had them 6 inches deep and still smoking horrible. They are hot butter when dry. My bar will have all Mavricks next year. I spent 3 days running around from Seneca to Manhattan this weekend. The crop changed every 20 miles. It sure was nice weather for KS in July. Glad to see moisture there this time of year.
